I served in the British Army, where I developed discipline, resilience, and leadership skills that shaped me into who I am today. The Army gave me the chance to travel the world, experience different cultures, and work alongside people from all walks of life. It taught me how to perform under pressure, adapt quickly, and always push beyond my limits.

But as time went on, I realised that progression was limited. No matter how hard I worked, I felt capped — and I knew I was capable of more. I wanted a career where effort was directly rewarded, where I could keep growing, and where the opportunities were unlimited.

That’s when I discovered the world of marketing — and it all clicked. Here was an industry that offered freedom, growth, and the chance to build something bigger than myself.

Now, as the Director of Delta Marketing, I lead a fast-growing team that shares my passion for success. We partner with leading brands, deliver high-performing campaigns, and create opportunities for ambitious people to step into leadership roles.
